Integral Medicine
Membership Is Continuity of Care — Not Another Appointment
Integral Medicine is a membership practice, not a visit-by-visit clinic. Your protocol, your labs, and your recovery are held by one clinician across the whole arc — not reassembled from scratch every time you show up.
Episodic care treats you like a new problem every time you walk in: a fresh intake, a rushed exam, a clinician who has never seen your file and won't see it again after today. Integral Medicine argues the opposite. Recovery from complex chronic illness is not a single appointment — it's an arc, and an arc requires someone holding its whole shape: your labs, your setbacks, your Adaptive Capacity, session after session, month after month. Membership is the structure that makes that continuity possible. It is not a subscription to content. It is an ongoing clinical relationship with Luke Tera, MTOM, L.Ac. — built in three tiers, so the depth of the relationship matches the depth of your case.
Why continuity beats episodic visits
Most functional and conventional care alike is built around the visit: a 15-minute slot, a chart note, a follow-up whenever you can get back on the calendar. That model works for a sprained ankle. It does not work for a nervous system stuck in threat, a gut that took years to break down, or a case with five interacting hurdles at once. Complex chronic illness needs a clinician who remembers what happened last month, adjusts the protocol before you've fully relapsed, and is still there in month eight when the plateau that scares most people out of treatment finally breaks. That's what membership buys: not access to Luke once, but Luke as the integrating center of your recovery — the whole way through. Meaningful results in as little as 3 months. Full recovery, 1–2 years.
Integral Medicine also serves high performers who've hit an invisible ceiling — athletes, executives, and driven individuals whose biology is quietly working against them, even without a diagnosis to point to.
The Three Tiers
Foundational
The accessibility tier — your first step into structured, continuity-based care, and the practice's charitable-access vehicle. Includes a custom protocol built from your assessment, a monthly check-in, async support between sessions, community access, and labs ordered through Rupa Health. Billed quarterly or annually only — built for people who want the full Integral Medicine framework without deep 1:1 access yet, with a pro-rated credit if you upgrade later.
Integral
The core clinical membership — the main relationship, protocol-forward, with regular access to Luke. Includes a full assessment and onboarding session, bi-weekly 45-minute check-in calls, priority async support (24–48 hour response), lab ordering and tracking through Rupa Health with full interpretation, ongoing monthly protocol refinement, coordination with your other providers where possible, and member supplement pricing. This is where most complex chronic illness recovery actually happens.
Concierge
The flagship therapeutic partnership — for the most complex cases and the most committed clients, where Luke functions as practitioner-in-chief across your entire health ecosystem. Includes a 2-session deep-dive onboarding (3+ hours), a retreat kickoff (an in-person intensive day at Wellspring for Colorado clients, or a 3-hour virtual immersive for remote members), a full lab panel coordinated on your behalf, weekly 60-minute check-ins, same-day concierge async access on a direct channel, lab interpretation with a same-week addendum call, continuous protocol refinement between sessions as needed, direct phone/text access for acute situations, one family or spouse consultation per quarter, and the deepest supplement discount in the practice.
Tier is guidance. Concierge is partnership. Pricing is confirmed on your Membership Call, once Luke has reviewed your case and can recommend the right fit.
"Healing complex chronic illness is not a transaction — it's a relationship carried across months, not minutes. The moment you break that continuity to save time on a visit, you start over from zero. Membership exists so you never start over again."

Can I cancel anytime?
Integral and Concierge renew month-to-month after your initiation month — you're never locked into a term unless you choose the quarterly or annual option for the savings it unlocks. Foundational bills quarterly by design, since a full season of consistency is what actually builds Adaptive Capacity. Full terms are covered in your Membership Agreement before you enroll.
Does insurance cover this?
Integral Medicine is a self-pay membership practice, not an insurance-billed clinic — a deliberate choice, not an oversight. It's what makes bi-weekly and weekly calls, same-day access at Concierge, and treatment of dimensions of your case a 15-minute insurance-coded visit was never built to reach, actually possible. You'll receive a receipt for every payment, which you're welcome to submit to your insurance or HSA/FSA administrator directly.
What's actually included?
It depends on the tier — see the breakdown above. Every tier includes a custom protocol, lab support through Rupa Health, and direct access to Luke; what changes across tiers is the cadence of check-ins, the speed of async response, and how deeply Luke is woven into coordinating your broader care team.
How do I choose the right tier?
You don't have to guess. Every enrollment starts with a free assessment and a Membership Call — Luke reviews your case in person and recommends the tier that matches the complexity of what you're carrying and the pace of change you want.
Start with a conversation. Luke will recommend the tier that fits your case.
